• How
do I reserve a party?
Complete this form online and click submit.
Upon confirmation of date availability you must submit your deposit
to make your reservation. Or call us for a reservation. Reservations
are given on a first come, first serve basis.
• Where is the party?
Hosted Parties are held in our Party Palace located at 2845 Clay Street, Suite 14 in Vicksburg. We are in the Emmich Building at the Hope Street intersection. You Host It parties are held in the venue of your choice: your home, club house, church hall, etc. Not local? Create a Party To Go.
• How long does the party last?
Parties last 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hours depending on theme and number of guests.
• What about boys?
We provide dress up items for boy guests when you let us know boys will
be attending.
• What should the children wear
to the party?
Boys may wear costumes over their street clothes. Girls should wear a leotard or swimsuit to
facilitate costume dressing in a group setting.
• Can I host my own party in a
park or in our backyard?
Outdoors are fine, but you must have an indoor back up plan for weather. Everyone will wear their own shoes
as opposed to our dress up shoes. The children will not be permitted
on wet grass, dirt or muddy areas while in costumes and absolutely
no sitting on the ground "picnic style".
• Oops! What about spills, breakage
and tears?
Not to worry. Children are very careful with the china and dresses. In 15 years we've had one cup dropped.
We serve only pink lemonade or 7-up. Please do not serve Coke, Kool-Aid
or ice cream, which all stain.
• Deposits and Payments:
We accept personal checks, cash and Visa, MC and American Express. Complete Hosted: A deposit of $50.00
is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is
due upon completion of the party. You Host It! rentals: A deposit
of $30.00 is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance
is due upon receipt of your party items along with a security deposit
of $100.00. The security deposit is returned to you when all party
items are turned in. We appreciate your consideration to ensure that
our property is treated gently and carefully so that it will be available
for many more to enjoy! Party To Go: No deposit required. Payment
is made in full prior to shipping.
• What if I have to cancel?
Due to the reservation nature of our business, if you must cancel your
party for any reason, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation
fee. We will work with you to schedule an alternative date.
• NSF, stop-payments and credit
card chargebacks:
A fee of $39.00 is due for any payment considered non-collectable for any reason.
• Maximum Attendance:
Each theme has a specific maximum. We
can accommodate more, but feel it diminishes the quality of the party.
If you have a special situation and need to include more than the
maximum recommended, then we will work with you to create a party
where everyone will still enjoy the activities. Teddy Bear Factory
and Karaoke Disco have high maximums.
• What about parents, siblings
and unexpected guests?
Parents of guests are always welcome to stay
and enjoy the fun. Please note: the party packages cover only the
planned guests. If you would like additional supplies or food for
parents or siblings, we will do our best to accommodate you with
adequate notice. Siblings of guests are welcome to stay with proper
parental supervision. The party host is not able to watch small children
during the party and many of our accessories consist of small parts
not safe for 2 yr old brothers!
• Minimum Attendance:
Applies to Hosted and You Host It all-inclusive parties: If less than eight (including
guest of honor) attend the party, you will be charged for eight.
There is no alternative minimum price. Party To Go does not provide
refunds for no shows.
